** ALL ZURESH PRODUCTS ARE MADE DAILY/WEEKLY AND ARE ALWAYS MADE FRESH.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE USING NATURAL INGREDIENTS THERE MAY BE SLIGHT DIFFERENCES IN COLORATION AND SOME ITEMS MAY NEED TO BE SHAKEN BEFORE EACH USE.

Orders are processed in house up to 3-5 business days.  Shipped within 5 to 7 business days after that.  So the total timeframe can take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. WE DO NOT PROCESS/PULL ANY ORDER UNTIL THE FUNDS HAVE CLEARED IN ZURESH'S MERCHANT ACCOUNT - Eclectix - which will be on your statement also ( usually 2-3 business days due to CC fraud). US Postal Service is only used when shipping to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.  Zuresh has never lost a package but If that timeframe has elapsed without you receiving your order and we have not emailed you due to a "backorder issue" then please email us at info@zuresh.com.

Bulk Ship Outs for Zuresh.com are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (no holidays or weekends) by USPS pick up. Bulk is picked up "directly" from a Zuresh Representative by the Post Office and processed and sent out thereafter so we do not operate on a "email when shipped method" - we provide at no cost Delivery Confirmation on all orders for tracking - outside of the basic method that comes with shipping service. This cuts down on cost of shipping and lost orders.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories

Orders are shipped  (within 3-5 business days) via USPS and expected delivery is usually within 8 - 10 business days (pending customs clearance once mailed). USPS will not forward packages to Canada etc without a valid phone number. Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options (2nd Day service) is not available. Zuresh.com is not responsible for any misplaced items going to these addresses.  A Delivery Confirmation Number will be provided to tract the items.

ONCE YOU HAVE “CONFIRMED” THE ORDER/ ITEMS ARE WHAT YOU WANT THEN YOU MUST “SUBMIT YOUR ORDER” (CLICK THE SUBMIT ORDER BUTTON) IN ORDER FOR VERISIGN/PAYPAL TO VERIFY FUNDS AND FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.  UPON SUCCESSFUL PROCESSING YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE AN ORDER SUMMARY THAT “REPEATS YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ORDER, ADDRESS/INFORMATION ETC. Mail In Ordering

Please Email us to do a MAIL IN ORDER: info@zuresh.com ( we do not take credit cards over the phone).

1. Name and Shipping Address ( ship to).

2. Products: Name, Size, Scent ( if applicable), Price ( make certain you check the Specials Section first we always have items on Special) - all available on Zuresh.com.

3. You will receive an reply email verifying total price with shipping and an order number that is to be placed on your Certified Fund ( Money Order or Bank check). Print this out and send in with your order. (USPS priority with Delivery Confirmation email sent to you) thereafter. Orders will be processed in the order they are received ( info also located on our shopping cart and on this page). Your receipt will accompany your order. **PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN TO ENCLOSE THE REPLY EMAIL OF YOUR ORDER TOTAL WITH SHIPPING IN WITH YOUR PAYMENT**

Exchange Policy

Online / Shows 

Zuresh does not have a Refund Policy - However we DO have an Exchange Policy. *We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale and deal with exchange Case by Case based on our policy below. If exchange is Valid then customer is responsible for product shipping fees back to Zuresh and then re-shipment to customer. Please contact Zuresh.com with 10 days of receipt of order with any exchange issue (outside this time frame cannot be considered) :

  • Exchange authorization number
  • Original receipt ,Copy or Email Confirmation
  • Original Packing slip
  • All original packaging  or packaging by USPS or UPS with tracking / delivery confirmation

** Please email us at info@zuresh.com with exchange issues. Packages mailed without prior authorization will be returned by USPS. Items sent back without the exchange authorization number, will be returned to the customer by USPS at the customer's expense. There are no exchanges for items sent back without prior authorization (items l isted below are not to be exchanged). Items authorized to be sent back must be sent back with the above.

An exchange authorization number may be obtained by emailing info@zuresh.com or go to Zuresh.com and putting exchange information in the “Contact Us” area. You will be contacted within 5-7 business days with information. Please write the exchange authorization number on the address label.  Exchange shipping are the Customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise by a Zuresh personel. Orders/Boxes must be shipped back to 3020-I Prosparity Church Road #125, Charlotte, NC 28262 with Delivery Confirmation – you can also email the Delivery Confirmation Number to info@zuresh.com for faster service.  Exchanges may and can take up to 10-15 business days. PLEASE WAIT THE TIMEFRAME.

SHIPPING (** see below): PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND YOUR ZIP CODE. IF IT IS SHIPPED AND IT IS NOT CORRECT THEN THERE WILL BE A FEE (USPS) FOR RESHIPPED ITEMS. If a package is returned to Zuresh as undeliverable by USPS,  we will attempt to see what the issue is with address. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a re-routing / re-shipping fee. Orders processed (authorized by the credit card company) and sent to our Database is considered  a VALID "Order".

**IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT TO BE RE-SHIPPED BACK TO THE CLIENT  OUTSIDE OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF CONTACT WITH THE CLIENT THEN.  There is also a 20% re-stocking fee for items RETURNED ITEMS and items that are NOT to be re-shipped back to the client. ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION,RETURNED/NON PICK UP, INCORRECT ADDRESSES & ORDER BEING SENT BACK OR SHIPPING FEES FOR EXCHANGES OUTSIDE OF DAMAGE/PACKAGING ETC WITH PRODUCTS*** CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TO AND FROM SHIPPING ON QUALIFIED EXCHANGES.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Any Accessories
  • Product Samples/Travel .Sizes 
  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be exchanged - if the exchange is possible)- PLEASE REFER TO OUR EXCHANGE POLICY.
  • Facial Serums (Specialty).
  • Opened items ( please contact us first  INFO@ZURESH.COM – see Exchange Policy).
  • ITEMS PURCHASED FROM STORES, SALES REPRESENTAVES OR INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTAIVES (ISR’s) MUST BE EXCHANGED WITH THAT REPRESENTATIVE. ISR’s OR STORE are distributors retailing Zuresh products and are responsible for their own business.
  • Items purchased at a show/event. Please email info@zuresh.com first.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We're sorry, exchange shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to damaged items section below.

Please note: products purchased at Retail Stores, must be returned to the retail stores.  Exchanges are on a case by case basis. Contact that establishment for their policies.

International Locations

Please be aware that orders shipped internationally can be damaged or take longer than US, Canada, Hawaii etc. due to extensive travel/distance.  All orders are packaged securely to protect the products and your investment.  Zuresh.com cannot be responsible for orders damage internationally. Please refer to “Damages” section. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damages

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. We will provide you with the Delivery Confirmation number asap.  All orders online are shipped USPS – unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING (up to 48 hours business days). ONLY AUTHORIZED AND CLEARED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Zuresh.com and log your problem in the “Contact Us” section or email info@zuresh.com.  Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.  Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please see Exchange policy.
